Hart County Schools will be holding a Surplus Auction March 25-April 16, 2026 Bid forms available on site or by emailing matthew.hawkins@hart.kyschools.us. All bids are due by 10:00 am on April 16, 2026.
*Absolutely NO late bids will be accepted.
Successful bidders will be notified on Friday, April 17.
All items must be removed by buyers no later than Friday, May 1 with the exception of the fuel tanks and pumps. Hart County Schools staff MAY be able to assist in loading items, but this is NOT guaranteed. No delivery of items is available.
Payment for all items is due upon pickup, no exceptions. All vehicles come with clean titles except where noted and must be transferred prior to leaving the lot.
