Students in kindergarten through 8th grade were invited to share their artwork, expressing why they love their Kentucky county, as part of the Kentucky Association of Counties (KACo) Art Contest . Gracie England, 5th grade student at Munfordville Elementary School and daughter of Brian and Jennifer England, won first place in the 5th grade division. She was recognized at the Fiscal Court Meeting on December 23. Congratulations to Gracie!

This is a great opportunity for at least 20min of independent reading. Students can log their reading in their Beanstack account or on a piece of paper to record the minutes at school upon return.
